Use of the service

ISOLATE provides a free, browser-based tool for removing image backgrounds. You may use it for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

Your content and responsibilities

• You must own the images you process, or have permission to edit them.
• You must not use the service to infringe copyright or trademarks, remove watermarks from media you do not own, or create unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
• You are solely responsible for how you use the images you produce.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that background removal will be perfect for every image or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISOLATE and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
